  • *Georgiana Peacher (Ph.D., Northwestern) is Director of the Speech Clinic, Neuro-Physical Rehabilitation Clinic, Philadelphia. This is the third of a group of articles adapted from a Doctoral dissertation written under the direction of Professor Clarence T. Simon. The second article in this series will appear in a future issue of the Archives of Otolaryngology under the title: ‘The Rôle of the Vocal Re-education.’
