Inquiry addressed to him concerning the documentation of the sources mentioned in footnote 4, and of items 19(b), 22, 23 and 28 in the References at the end of this article, failed to reach him before his death. A brief tribute to Dr. Sokolowsky, prepared by Professor W. C. Craig, appears in the News and Announcements section of this issue of the Journal.
